RESOLUTION #77-300
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR FLOYD PALM IN "ELMHURST LAKEVIEW ADDITION" (A-744) I
WHEREAS, Floyd Palm has requested a lot division/consolidation of existing platted
parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYPOM,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the following division and con-
solidation and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division and consolidation
are approved by Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel Lot Block Addition
44120 2000 6 2 Elmhurst Lakeview Addition
44120 1900 5 2 Elmhurst Lakeview Addition
To be,divided and consolidated into two new lots as follows:
Parcel A
That part of Lot 5, lying West of the West line of Lot,6 extended Northwesterly
all in Block 2, "Elmhurst Lakeview" according to the plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota,
Parcel B
All of Lot 6 and that part of Lot 5, lying East of the West line of Lot 6 extended
Northwesterly all in Block, 2, "Elmhurst Lakeview" according to the plat thereof on
file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
