CoUncilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION #77-299
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR FREDERICK HAMMAN (A-735)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Frederick Hamman by Resolu-
tion #77- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following conditions to be
met prior to filing of said lot division:
I. Dedication by easement of a 50 ft. public street right-of-way across Parcel B
on an alignment prescribed by the City Engineer, but, in any case, extending
the full west to east dimension.
10 2. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of $150 prior to filing of the lot division
with Hennepin County.
3. Provision be made for sewer connection to Parcel A from the cul-de-sac of the
abutting plat.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly se mnded
