Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plywvth, Minnesota was me on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION #77-298
APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF UNPLATTED PROPERTY FOR FREDERICK HAMMAN (A-735)
WHEREAS, Frederick Hamman has requested a lot division of his unplatted property within
the City of Plymouth;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the following division and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat 43713 Parcel 3800
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
The northerly 126.54 feet, measured on the west line of the West 210 feet of that part
of the East half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter lying north of the
south 331.75 feet thereof and south of Rockford Road.
Parcel B
The West 210 feet of that part of the East half of the Southwest Quarter of the North-
west Quarter lying north of the south 331.75 feet thereof and south of Rockford Road
except the northerly 126.54 feet thereof measured on the west line of said parcel.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byN it and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in vor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilment Hunt, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
