Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was We-13on the
20th day of J n , 19 77. The following members were

ouq�ilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-294
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR "PALMER CREEK ESTATES 2ND
ADDITION" FOR ARNOLD PALMER (A-667)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
"Palmer Creek Estates 2nd Addition" as requested by Arnold Palmer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Payment of pro -rata Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of $1,178.
2. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding
this project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed ard adopted.
