RESOLUTION #77-[93
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "PALMER CREEK ESTATES 2ND ADDITION"

WHEREAS, Arnold Palmer has requested approval of the final plat for "Palmer Creek
2nd Addition", a plat for single family residential development consisting of 19
single family lots and one outlot, located east of Larch Lane at 51st Avenue North
and a development contract therefor;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Arnold Palmer
for final plat approval of "Palmer Creek Estates 2nd Addition", a plat for single
family residential development consisting of 19 single family lots and one outlot, loca-
ted east of Larch Lane at 51st Avenue North.
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be aprpoved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
