Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, PffiViesota was held on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 286
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT OF SAC CHARGE FOR MRS. MARJORIE PURINAK,
1601 WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE
WHEREAS, Mrs. Marjorie Purinak of 1601 West Medicine Lake Drive has no public
water or sewer service available to her residence; and
WHEREAS, her private well has gone dry and is not repairable; and
WHEREAS, the lack of public utility service constitutes a health hazard for
the resident and any other occupants; and
WHEREAS, the occupant lacks sufficient funds to pay for the SAC charges; and
WHEREAS, appropriate members of the City staff have inspected the site and
appropriate members of the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority and
Housing Rehabilitation Committee have reviewed said request and made recom-
mendations for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota,
that it should and hereby does approve the payment of SAC charges of $375.00
to be paid the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission from the City's surplus
account for the Marjorie Purinak residence at 1601 West Medicine Lake Drive,
Plymouth, upon approval of the MHFA for a home improvement grant for water
and sewer installation at this residence.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing vo in favor ereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Neiis,
Seibold and Spaeth
