Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-284
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR - FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2 for the Electrical Contractor for the
Fire Station No. 2 project has been prepared by Bergstedt Wahlberg Bergquist
Rohkohl and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on request
for Payment No. 2 Electrical Contractor in the amount of $5,040.00 to Conservation
Systems, Inc. for the Fire Station No. 2 Building Project No. 608.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
