Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 77-283
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR - FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2 for the Mechanical Contractor for the Fire
Station No. 2 project has been prepared by Bergstedt Wahlberg Bergquest Rohkohl
and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on request
for Payment No. 2 Mechanical Contractor in the amount of $8,391.60 to J. McClure
. Kelly Company for the Fire Station No. 2 Building Project No. 608.
The motion fortheadoption of the foregoing Resolutien was duly seconded
