Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-282
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
GENERAL CONTRACTOR - FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2 for the General Contractor for the Fire
Station No. 2 project has been prepared by Bergstedt Wahlberg Bergquist Rohkohl
and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on request
for Payment No. 2 General Contractor in the amount of $44.469.00 to W. H. Cates
Construction Company for the Fire Station No. 2 Building Project No. 608.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by , Eguncilman Neils . and upon vote being taken thereon, the

and Spaeth
