Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was Tell on the

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption,
RESOLUTION NO. 77-280
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. G-1
TO FIRE STATION NO. 2 CONTRACT
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, the City Council has entered into a contract with W.H. Cates Construction
Company for the Construction of Plymouth Fire Station No. 2, and
WHEREAS, the City, as owner, has requested that the contract be expanded to include
the furnishing and installation of building letters, and
WHEREAS, the contractor has agreed to add this item to the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the contract between the City of Plymouth and W.H. Cates
Construction Company be and the same is hereby amended in accordance with
contract Change Order No. G-1, dated May 23, 1977, in the amount of $443.00
providing for a revised contract of $216,902.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils and
Seibold
owing voted against or abstained: ounce Iman Spaerr --ofea nay
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
