Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �, meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was--held--on the
6th day of June , 19 77. The following members were

its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-279
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 5
PROJECT NO. 302 WATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 5 has been prepared and submitted by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates. Inc. which provides for extending the warranty period
on specific equipment items and control components for a period of one-year
commencing June 6, 1977; and that since the plant has been producing finished
water since its start-up in March, 1976, no liquidated damages will be charged
against the Contractor by the owner.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends approval of Change Order No. 5,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 5 on Project No. 302, Water Treatment Plant is
approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote favorthereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils and Seibold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted
