Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,e
U M'—'sots was held on the
6th day of June , 1977 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Runt
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77,276
RECEIVING PETITION ON
PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY SITE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the petition for the following improvements:
1. Sanitary sewer from the current terminal point on Pineview Lane
northerly to the south boundary line of subject property (see
attached legal description),
2. Watermain from the current terminal point along County Road 47
at the intersection of Pineview Lane westerly approximately
800 feet,
3. Storm drainage from the existing location at the intersection of
Pinevi.ew Lane at 58th Avenue North, northerly to the south boundary
line of subject property (see attached legal description)
and all necessary appurtenances,
has been submitted by the Prudential Insurance Company of America and filed
with the City Council on June 6, 1977,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the petition is hereby received and is to be placed on file with
the City Engineer and be considered for inclusion in the five year C.I.P.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing vote En avor trof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils,
ow%t against or -abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
