Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was a R on the 6th day of
June 19 77 The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 275
PETITION SUBMITTED FROM NORTH MEMORIAL
MEDICAL CENTER FOR PUBLIC I'1PROVEMENTS
FOR DOWNTOWN PLYMOuni
WHEREAS, A petition from: North Memorial Medical Center has been submitted to
the City Council for the following improvements: sanitary sewer, watermain,
storm sewer and streets from 34th Avenue and Niagara Lane to 36th Avenue and
Vicksburg Lane; and watermain and street improvements on Vicksburg Lane as
required to accommodate the utility loop.
NOW BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the petition is hereby accepted and placed on file.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
