Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION #77-272
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR,LOIS MORETTER (A-737)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Lois Moretter by Remalution
#77-271;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P'.94OUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions t:- .e met
prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of $150 prior to filing be paid
to the City.
2. Payment of additional water and sewer area charges at the time of building
permit issuance.
The motion fo• the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
