Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was -We -0 —on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 271
APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF PLATTED PROPERTY FOR LOIS MORETTER WITHIN PLYMOUTH (A-737)
WHEREAS, Lois Moretter, 14523 -13th Avenue North, Plymouth, has requested a division
of existing platted parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that the
City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based
upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel Lot Block Addition
44600 3610 9 5 Suburbandale on Parker's Lake

To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
Lots 9 and 10, Block 5, Suburbandale on Parkers Lake
Parcel B
Lots 27 and 28. Block 5, Suburbandale on Parkers Lake
FURTHER, that a variance from the Zoning Ordinance be granted for lot standards
as to lot size and frontage on the basis of conformance with existing lots in the
neighborhood and prior platting.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owutg voted in favor t ereof: Mayor Hilde. Councijmen Neils.
