RESOLUTION #77-270
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR "SCHMIDT LAKE WOODS" FOR
ENTERPRISE PROPERTIES (RPUD 76-4) (A-681)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
"Schmidt Lake W3ods Addition" as requested by Enterprise Properties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following prior to recording
said plat:
Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum regarding this project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owu►g voted in tavorthereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold
