Parsuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota wasa on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 077-268
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR "WEST TONKA ESTATES" FOR FLOYD B.
OLSON (A-501)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
"West Tonka Estates" as requested by Floyd B. Olson;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of $1,200 ($150 X 8 lots).
2. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding
this project with emphasis on design to aide in solving the serious
drainage problem in the area.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
10 fol owing voted in favor .ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold
and Spaeth '
Um following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass adopted.
