Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
6th Tday of June , 19 77 . The following members were
present: Mayor e, ounc men Neil Seibold and Spaeth
The following members wereaEsent: Councilman Hunt
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION #77-267
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "WEST TONKA ESTATES" FOR FLOYD B.
OLSON (A-501)
WHEREAT, Floyd B. Olson has requested approval of the final plat for "West Tonka Estates"
a plat for single family residential development consisting of 10 single family lots
and located at the northwest quadrant of Niagara Lane and County Road 15 and a
drvelopment contract therefor;
A U , WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESC:ra, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Floyd B. Olson
for final plat approval of "West Tonka Estates" a plat for single family residential
development consisting of 10 single family lots and located at the northwest quadrant of
Niagara Lane and County Road 15.
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the
City.

The :notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded

following voted inn avor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
