Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t 6th day of
June , 1977 . The following members were present:

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:

APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR CARLSON PROPERTIES
ON BEHALF OF MICHELIN TIRE (A-731)
WHEREAS, Carlson Properties, on behalf of Michelin Tire, has requested a division and
consolidation of existing platted parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does, approve the following division and
consolidation and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division and consolidation are
approved by Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel Lot Block Addition

To be divided and consolidated into two new lots as follows:
Parcel A
The south 130.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 1 CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof. ALSO, That part of Lot 2, Block 1,
CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the recorded
plat thereof, lying easterly of Outlot B, said CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION and lying
northerly of the following described line:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, said CARLSON COMPANIES
ADDITION; thence South 0 degrees 21 minutes 38 seconds East along the east line
of said Lots 1 and 2 a distance of 1,654.50 feet to the actual point of beginning;
thence South 89 degrees 38 minutes 22 seconds West 650.00 feet to the east line
of said Outlot B and there terminating.
Parcel B
That part of Lot 2, Block 1, CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
according to the recorded plat thereof, lying westerly of Outlot B, said CARLSON
COMPANIES ADDITION and excepting that part lying northerly of the following described
line:

Comriencing at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, said CARLSON COMPANIES

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Qouncil man Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
