Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a,regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Flymouth, I�f'im►esota was held on the

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-264
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT EXTENSION FOR WAYZATA EVANGELICAL. FREE CHURCH (A-555)
WHEREAS, Wayzata Evangelical Free Church has requested a conditional use permit
extension for a temporary building located on the site for the educational purposes
of the church, 705 Highway 101;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Wayzata Evangelical
Free Church for a conditional use permit extension for a temporary building located
on the site of the church at 705 Highway 101 used for educational purposes for a
period of two years, after which time, the progress of the church in construction of
a permanent addition for educational purposes will be checked and any additional
extensions of the conditional use permit considered.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fb lowing voted in avor t ereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Neils and SQaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adoptecF
