Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its ion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-261
APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING
LIQUOR LICENSE - Dwain K. Thunem
WHEREAS, Dwain K. Thunem has submitted an application for an Off -Sale
Intoxicating Liquor License to operate an off -sale liquor store at 3435
North County Road 18, Plymouth, Minnesota 55441; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing cn June 6, 1977 with regard
to said application in accordance with Chapter III, ;lection 4.11 and
Section 4.14 of the City Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that, subject to the approval of the State Liquor Control Com-
missioner, an Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License is hereby granted to
Dwain K. Thunem to operate his business known as Highway Liquors located
at 3435 North County Road 18, Plymouth, Minnesota 55441, and FURTHER
that the Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License issued to Sylvester J.
Rudolph, 3435 North County Road 18, shall be cancelled on the date of
issuance of said Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to Dwain K. Thunem.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neion Is and upvote being taken thereon, the
fol owing votedin favor ereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Neils, Seibold
The rollowing voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed arid adopted.
