Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 77,260
AUTOMOBILE DEALER LICENSE RENEWAL
WHEREAS, Ray Sykes, dba Superior Ford, Inc., has submitted i application
for Automobile Dealer License to the City Council for approjal, in accordance
with Chapter III, Section 18, Plymouth Code.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the application for Automobile Dealer License of Ray Sykes,
dba Superior Ford, Inc., be approved for a period from May 1, 1977 through
April 30, 1978.
