Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a.special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innM' esota was held on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-258
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR - FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 for the Electrical Contractor for the
Fire Station No. 2 project has been prepared by Bergstedt Wahlberg Bergquist
Rohkohl and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on request
for payment No. 1 Electrical Contractor in the amount of $832.00 to Conservation
Systems, Inc. for the Fire Station No. 2 Building Project No. 608.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon,
