Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-257
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR - FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 for the Mechanical Contractor for the
Fire Station No. 2 project has been prepared by Bergstedt Wahlberg Bergquist
Rohkohl and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on request
for payment No. 1 Mechanical Contractor in the amount of $7,454.25 to J. McClure
. Kelly Company for the Fire Station No. 2 Building Project No. 608.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
