Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION #77254
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR HOME OCCUPATION FOR ROBERT L. COTA (A-729)
WHEREAS, Rubert L. Cota, 10215 -40th Avenue North, has requested a conditional -use
permit for a home occupation to operate a concrete forming business from his home;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Robert L. Cota
for a conditional use permit for a home occupation to operate a concrete forming busi-
ness from his home at 10215 -40th Avenue North subject to the following conditions:
1. Permit be for one year.
2. No outdoor storage of tools or materials of the trade or trailers used in
the business be allowed.
3. Compliance with Zoning Ordinance provisions contained in the definition of
"Home Occupation".
4. No signs.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
