Te following members were Present: Seibold and Spaeth The Poll rs were sent: Mavar Hilde ffR ARR AAR __ Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #77-252 DENYING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR OPERATION OF DRYWALL/PAINTING BUSINESS FROM B-3 ZONING DISTRICT FOR CENTURION COMPANY ON BEHALF OF ABLE DRYWALL (A-208) WHEREAS, Centurion Company, on behalf of Able Drywall, has requested a conditional use permit for a drywall/painting business to operate in a B-3 Zoning District located at 11th Avenue North and Vicksburg Lane; AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and made a recommendation for denial; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does deny the request of Centurion Company on behalf of Able Drywall, for a conditional use permit to operate a drywall/painting business in a B-3 Zoning District to be located at 11th Avenue North and Vicksburg . Lane based on the following findings: 1. Said use is not related to any of the B-3 Zone uses permitted or permitted by conditional use permit and is first mentioned as permissible in the I-2 Zone. 2. The conditions necessary for the proposed spray booth for painting of the doors would require standards of the I-2 Zone and, therefore, would not be appropriate for the B-3 Zone. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol a wte �n awr ereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, 1b Rgjonla and So#eth The following voted against or stainne one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
