DENYING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR OPERATION OF DRYWALL/PAINTING BUSINESS FROM B-3

ABLE DRYWALL (A-208)
WHEREAS, Centurion Company, on behalf of Able Drywall, has requested a conditional

at 11th Avenue North and Vicksburg Lane;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and made a recommendation

MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does deny the request of Centurion Company on
behalf of Able Drywall, for a conditional use permit to operate a drywall/painting
business in a B-3 Zoning District to be located at 11th Avenue North and Vicksburg

1. Said use is not related to any of the B-3 Zone uses permitted or permitted
by conditional use permit and is first mentioned as permissible in the
I-2 Zone.

doors would require standards of the I-2 Zone and, therefore, would not be
appropriate for the B-3 Zone.
