Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_ special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the
23rd day of May , 19 77 . The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77,251
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO EXCEED HEIGHT LIMITATIONS IN I-2 ZONE FOR
AGLITE, INC. (A-530)
WHEREAS, Aglite, Inc. has requested a conditional use permit to exceed height limita-
tions in an I-1 Zoning District for a 6 ft. by 150 ft. stack to be installed on the
site for pollution control purposes;
AND, WHEREAS, the Nianninn, Cn-mission has reviewed said request and recommended its
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Aglite, Inc. for a
conditional use permit to exceed height limitations in an I-1 Zoning District for
a 6 ft. by 150 ft. stack to be installed on the site for pollution control purposes
consistent with the provisions of the City of Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, specifically
Section 17, Subdivision 4, paragraph ld.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by uncilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
