Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was a on the

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION #77- 249
APPROVING SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR DENESEN INSULATION (A-727)
WHEREAS, Denesen Insulation has requested approval of a site plan and conditional use
permit for a 29,170 sq. ft. structure on a site of 80,395 sq. ft. located at the
northeast corner of 27th and 28th Avenues North for warehouse and distribution purposes;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does, approve the request of Denesen Insulation
for site plan and conditional use permit approval for a 29,170 sq. ft. structure for
warehouse and distribution purposes to be located at the northeast corner of 27th
and 28th Avenues North subject to the following conditions:
I. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding this
project.
2. Prohibition of outside storage of waste, waste containers, products, materials
and company vehicles.
3. Performance security per Ordinance requirements for an 18 -month term.
4. Green Ash trees to be located in the two front yard setbacks along 27th and
ceneryeneespacoirng' 2� inch calipher balled and burlapped with approximately 20 ft.
5. Payment of $925 Park Dedication fees -in -lieu.
6. One additional fire hydrant in the east setback 115 ft. north of 27th Avenue North.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
