Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 245
APPROVAL OF GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE RENEWAL
WHEREAS, the f`im listed below has submitted an application for renewal
of Garbage Hauler License to the City Council for approval, in accordance
with Chapter III, Section 14, City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVEL BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the application for Garbsge Hauler License of the firm
listed below be approved for the license period April 1, 1977 through
March 31, 1978.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by � ibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in avor ereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,
