Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, WEesota was heirl on the
16th day of May , 19 77, The following members were
present: Acting Mayor un ,ouncilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 244
RENEWAL OF CIGARETTE LICENSE
WHEREAS, an application for renewal of Cigarette License has been
received from the party listed below, in accordance with Chapter III,
Section 6 of the City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Plymouth that the Cigarette License application for the party
listed below be approved for the period January 1, 1977 through
December 31, 1977.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
