Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION N0. 77-243
APPROVAL OF GASOLINE SERVICE STATION LICENSE RENEWAL
WHEREAS, application for renewal of Gasoline Service Station License has been
received from the party listed below, in accordance with Chapter III, Section
13, City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that the Gasoline Service Station License application for the party
listed below be approved for the period January 1, 1977, through December 31,
1977.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted innfavorthreof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,
Seibold and S aeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
