Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-=40
AUTHORIZING FUNDS FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND REPAIRS
FOR EAST AND WEST MEDICINE LAKE BEACH PARKS
WHEREAS, it has been requested that the East and West Medicine Lake Beach Parks
be improved and repaired, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed said
recommendations and approval thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does authorize expenditu es in the amount of
$9,264.00 from the Park Dedication Fund, Community Parks Account, for the repair
and improvement of the East and West Medicine Lake Beaches.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote beim taken thereon, the
