Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wasa on the

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-238
ESTABLISHING HOURS OF PARK OPERATION FOR
EAST AND WEST MEDICINE LAKE BEACH PARKS
WHEREAS, Chapter V, Section 11, of the Plymouth City Code establishes regulation
of uses and conduct within City parks, and
WHEREAS, Sections 11.04(a) and 11.05 provide that the City Council shall establisn
the hours during which the parks will be open;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V, Section 11.04(a)
and Section 11.05 the following hours are hereby established during which the
East Medicine Lake Beach Park and the West Medicine Lake Beach Park shall be
closed to the public: 9:00 p.m. through 6:00 a.m. daily.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote be' taken thereon, the
fol owing wt awr of
