Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO.77-237
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
GENERAL CONTRACTOR - FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 for the General Contractor for the Fire
Station No. 2 project has been prepared by Bergstedt Wahlberg Bergquist Rohkohl
and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on request
for payment No. 1 General Contractor in the amount of $47,169.00 to W.H. Cates
Construction Company for the Fire Station No. 2 Building Project No. 608.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils and upon vote be' taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
