Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wasWe-laan the
16th I day of May , 1977 . The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 236
AUTHORIZATION TO MAKE PAYMENT ON
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 10 -
PROJECT NO. 607 BASS LAKE AREA
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 10 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment
No. 10, in the amount of $47,826.52 to Nodland Associates, Inc. for Project
No. 607, Bass Lake Improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor ereof: Acting Maver Hunt. Councilmen Neils.
