Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 77- 235
AUTHORIZATION TO MAKE PAYMENT ON
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 3 -
PROJECT NO. 116 PINETREE POND STORM SEWER
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request For Payment
No. 3 in the amount of $42,588.45 to Beatson & Kelly Contractors, Inc. for
Project No. 116, Pinetree Pond Storm Sewer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byqnuncilwA , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in avor thereof: Actina Mayor Hunt. Councilmen Neils,
Id and �t_��oll—owing vote against or abstained;
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed a adopted.
