Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was a on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 234
RELEASING LANDSCAPE BOND FOR STEENBERG STRUCTURES BUILDING AT 21ST AVENUE NORTH AND
FERNBROOK LANE (A-560)
WHEREAS, Steenberg Structures has completed the landscaping as per the approved plan
dated April 16, 1974 for their multi -tenant structure located at the northwest corner
of Fernbrook Lane and 21st Avenue North;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Staff has inspected said landscaping and recommends the
release of the landscape bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the release of the landscape bond for
Steenberg Structures for completion of their landscaping plan for their multi -tenant
structure located at the northwest corner of Fernbrook Lane and 21st Avenue North.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
