Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. so meeting of

Quncilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 233
AUTHORIZATION TO SIGN LICENSE AGREEMENT
WITH CHICAGO/NORTHWESTERN TRANSPORTATION
COMPANY FOR WATERLINE CROSSING -
PROJECT NO. 605-001
WHEREAS, THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH is desirous of constructing an 18" waterline
across the Chicago/Northwestern Railway Company right-of-way in the vicinity
of I-494 and 13th Avenue in the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, SAID RAILROAD COMPANY requires a permit and license to be granted
for such construction,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the mayor and manager are authorized to sign said license agreement
with Chicago/Northwestern Transportation Company for said waterline crossing
covered under City of Plymouth Project No. 605-001 and further be it resolved
that the Finance Director is authorized to pay the railroad $50.00 for the
first year license fee.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
