RESOLUTION NO. 77- 231
REQUEST FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT FOR
PROJECT NO. 708 - C.S.A.H. 15 BIKEWAY
Resolution calling hearing on improvement for Project No. 708 - C.S.A.H. 15
Bikeway.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to resolution of the Council, adopted September 20, 1976, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates with
reference to the improvement of C.S.A.H. 15 Bituminous Bikeway between Vicksburg
Lane and I-494, and this report was received by the Council on April 12, 1977.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such bikeway in
accordance with the report at an estimated cost of the
improvement of $85,000.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements
in the Council Chambers in the City Public ,Works Building,
14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m., on June 27, 1977, and
the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such
hearing and improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
