the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota washeld on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its uon:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-230
PETITION REQUESTING STREET IMPROVEMENT
OF JONQ=I LANE BETWEEN 26th AVENUE N.
AND WEST Mt"WIC-TME LAKE ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF rHE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Jonquil Lane
between 26th Avenue North and West Medicine Lake Road by the
construction of bituminous street, filed with the Council on
May 16, 1977 is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This
declaration is rade in conformity to Minn. Stats., Sec. 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to the City'Engineer and he is
instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible and as to Whether it should
best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as
recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favorthereof: Acting Mayor Hunter Councilmen Neils,
ins meowing voted against or abstained.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
