Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a,regular meeting of

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 229
PETITION SUBMITTED FROM PLYMOUTH HILLS
COMPANY FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, A petition from: Plymouth Hills Company, Allan W. Garrison and
Frank J. Larsen, has been submitted to the City Council for the following
improvements: sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and streets from
34th Avenue and Niagara Lane to 36th Avenue and Vicksburg Lane; and watermain
and street improvements on Vicksburg Lane as required to accommodate the
utility loop.
NOW BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the petition is hereby accepted and placed on file.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
