Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. re ular meeting of

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-228
SETTING CITY MANAGER'S COMPENSATION FOR 1977
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the City Manager's present compensation
and performance, and as a result of that review believes that an adjustment is
warranted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Manager's compensation be set at $38,500 for a year
effective May 1, 1977,
AND FURTHER, that consideration be given to providing a life insurance program
over and above the increased amount of compensation.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Actin M or Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
