Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was held on the
2nd day of May , 19 77 . The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-226
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4
SANITARY SEWER TELEVISING
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Ass:* -rtes, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HERL3Y RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff i.. authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 4
in the amount of $ 1,236.62 to Solidification, Inc. for the sanitary sewer
telievising.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing 7esolution was duly seconded
by uncilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in avorereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
