Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was iieW -on the

RESOLUTION NO. 77-225
PROJECT NO. 506
T.H. 101/CSAH 6
WHEREAS, the City has undertaken the improvements on T.H. 101 and CSAH 6,
S.P. 155-010-01, City Project No. 506, and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to perform some work not covered under the
contract, and therefore a Supplemental Agreement has been prepared,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the following Supplemental A-reements are approved:
Supplmental Agreement No. 1 - pertaining to modification of
the traffic signal coordinator.
Supplemental Agreement No. 2 - pertaining to modification to the
storm sewer outfall line to Gleason Lake to accommodate a future
underpass at the Luce Line Trail and T.H. 101.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by ncilman_Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following votedinnfavoi thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
