Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wasWe—faon the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 224
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Enterprise Properties by
Resolution #77-223
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Payment of Park Dedication fee of $150 for the new created lot to be paid to
the City prior to building permit issuance.
2. Utility easements to be provided to the City as per the City Engineer.
3. Payment of additional special assessments (area/lateral) together with execution
of waiver of public hearing therefor.
4. All new utility services shall be installed at owner's expense.
5. Structure setback for County Road 15 shall be 50 ft,
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byFnct� ilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
