Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION #77-223
APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF PLATTED PROPERTY FOR ENTERPRISE PROPERTIES (A-176)
WHEREAS, Enterprise Properties has requested a lot division of existing platted
property within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that the
City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based
upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat 44154 Parcel 7800 Outlot B Gleanloch 2nd Addition
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
That part of Outlot B, GLEANLOCH SECOND ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according
to the recorded plat thereof, lying east of the west 566.00 feet thereof.
Parcel B
The west 566.00 feet of Outlot B, GLEANLOCH SECOND ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
according to the recorded plat thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by �unci_lman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol w,rsng wted�inn Avor ereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
