Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a,ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nd day of May , 19 The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION #77-222
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR JANET SCANLON (A-720)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Janet Scanlon by Resolution
#77-221;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Payment of Park Dedication fee of $150 prior to building permit issuance.
2. Payment of any additional special assessment charges together with execution
of waiver of hearing.
. 3. All new utility services to be installed at owner's expense.
4. Dedication by easement of 7 ft. additional right-of-way over the County Road 15
frontage.
5. Removal of the garage structure on Parcel B or relocation to within the setback
limits of the Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Cguncilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol igvoted innfavor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
