The following members were Present: Councilmen Hunt. Neils, SeibTd and Spaeth The following mowers were absent: Mayor Hilde RrR RRR Rrr introduced the following Resolution and moved its tion: RESOLUTION #77- 221 APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF EXISTING PLATTED LOT FOR JANET SCANLON (A-720) WHEREAS, Janet Scanlon, 13227 County Road 15, Plymouth, has requested a lot division of an existing platted parcel within the City of Plymouth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County: Plat 44200 Parcel 4865 Lot 19 (portion) "Greer's Orchard Tract" To be divided into two new parcels as follows: Parcel A All that part of Lot 19, "Greer's Orchard Tracts", Hennepin County, Minnesota lying East of the West 59 feet and North of the South 377 feet measured along the West line of said Lot, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota. Parcel B The North 110 ft. of the South 377 ft. of Lot 19, 'Greer's Orchard Tract" Hennepin County, Minnesota, measured along the West line of said Lot, lying East of the West 59 ft. thereof, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by nucilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the folTow� ing wted in awr ereof: Councilmen Hunt Neils, Seibold and Spaeth ine Youowing voted against or stain one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adoptel rRR rRR rRR
