Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was held on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION f77-220
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR HOME OCCUPATION FOR CAROL NEUMANN (A-719)
WHEREAS, Carol Neumann has requested a conditional use permit for a home occupation to
sell art prints from her hone at 16810 -28th Avenue North;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Carol Neumann for
a conditional use permit for a home occupation to sell art prints from her home
at 16810 -28th Avenue North subject to the following conditions:
Compliance with all restrictions of Section 4, Subdivision 2 of the Zoning
Ordinance with respect to home occupations.
2. On -street parking of customers shall be prohibited.
3. Permit shall be for one year.
4. No signs shall be permitted on the property.
