Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. re ut r meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, 2zme to was a on the
2nd day of May , 19 77. The following members were
present: Cpuncilmen Hunt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-219
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR NATIONAL CAMERA EXCHANGE (55 PROPERTIES) FOR
RETAIL CAMERA OPERATION IN B-3 ZONING DISTRICT (A-453)
WHEREAS, 55 Properties, on behalf of National Camera Exchange, has requested a
conditional use permit for a retail camera operation in a B-3 Zoning District to
be located at 11120 Highway 55;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of 55 Properties on
behalf of National Camera Exhchange for a conditional use permit for a retail camera
operation in a B-3 Zoning District to be located at 11120 Highway 55 subject to
the following conditions:
1. Wall sign(s) shall not exceed Code requirements. No additional signs shall
be permitted.
2. All waste and waste containers shall be within the structure.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman 5 aeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing vote in V1]rt ereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
